Maxoak Launches the Bluetti AC200 Solar-Powered Backup Power Station

Metaverse News

Although you may not think about it a lot each day, electricity is central to modern life. Our home electronics, smartphones, and internet connectivity all require a constant source of power.

In the event of a power cut, a backup generator can get you running again in no time. Traditional generators burn fossil fuels and generate pollution and noise.

However, electric power stations like the newly launched Maxoak Bluetti AC200 are a more sustainable and flexible alternative.

What Is the Maxoak Bluetti AC200?

Maxoak Bluetti AC200 power station

The Maxoak Bluetti AC200 is the latest in the company’s range of power stations. The solar-powered unit can provide 2,000W of power, while the battery has a capacity of 1,700Wh. In effect, this means you could recharge a Tesla electric vehicle with the power station if needed.

However, with this power rating and storage capacity, the AC200 can provide backup electricity to your home. The devices in your home have different power requirements, but the unit can provide long-term power to electronics like laptops, TVs, and smartphones. But it is also capable of supporting higher load machines like fridges, kettles, and power tools.

Maxoak Bluetti AC200 Features

The Bluetti AC200 can power up to 17 devices at one time. To support this, the unit is equipped with six AC outlets, two wireless charging pads, and a 60W USB-C power delivery port. Additionally, there are four USB-A connections, two 12V/3A DC ports, a car cigarette lighter port, and a 12V/25A RV connector.

As you’d expect for a device with this many ports, there are multiple recharging options. Depending on your circumstances, you can use the AC adapter, car charger, solar panels, a gas generator, or lead-acid batteries. If you recharge the AC200 with the AC outlet and solar power, the unit can reach full power in just 2.5 hours.

Maxoak Bluetti AC200 Availability

The Maxoak Bluetti AC200 is available to pre-order on Indiegogo. Super Early Bird purchases cost $ 999, which is 45 percent off the final retail price. After the campaign ends, the AC200 will be available for $ 1,800.

That said, this isn’t the first Bluetti power station. The company has released a handful of well-received units in the past. Before investing in the Indiegogo campaign, check out our review of the Maxoak Bluetti AC100 and our thoughts on the Maxoak Bluetti EB150.
